Yes, you can still sell at Etrade, but only through Sept 28th. After that I don't think you will be able to sell either. From my understanding they are allowing (or forcing) people to liquidate through this process up until Sept. 28 when the new rule goes into effect. The next few weeks will be very interesting in terms of this new rule and impact on current vs. not current OTC stocks.
