OK so you do not know how it would work in regards to OTC regulations and such. My question had nothing to do with names or anything like that. It had to do with whether or not you understood how things may work from a regulation and reporting standpoint whether or not what I suggested was possible and if it was what kind of an effect that might have which I believe would be a very positive one. To more directly answer your question the only name that is important is the CEO which is the same for both companies. Have a good day!
