No one has yet told us how this shell will be sold with 44% of the OS held by an unlocatable entity. No businessman in his right mind would merge into such a shell and give away that much of his company. Perhaps the issue was overlooked when the present owner took on the shell. Perhaps those promoting the stock wish you to ignore this fact. Front loading and awareness can cause a little run up in the price which will not last as this one shows.
