DGF submitted it to the SDNY Court today.

In March 2021, the Judge rejected Dov's request to appear Pro Hac Vice.

Mr. Schwell has failed to submit a certificate of good standing from New York State Court. His motion to appear pro hac vice is therefore denied

This is not a good look for Turner's lawyers.

The Judge also tossed the letter OWCPs lawyers submitted as a "Response" as it didn't follow rules of Civil Procedure.

I think we'll see a swift Decision from this Judge. Then DGF will seek validation from the Chancery Court.
