Easter is a great target date to choose! Because if the target isn't reached by regular Easter, there's always Orthodox Easter seven days later. Although Easter is a Sunday, so really you're talking about the previous Friday. Or actually Thursday before regular Easter because of market holidays. So that's bit of a drawback. I usually like to say the second Tuesday of the week following the last full moon of Septober, whichever comes first.
