A little different - it is a restricted 'debenture' offering for 100mm shares at what appears to be an option to buy at .03 a year from now.

There is a very complicated valuation formula and lots of legal clauses I haven't been able to sort through.

But IF this is a restricted offering to raise cash for operations, with a higher price conversion (than current price), seems it might be reasonable.

My own models use 1 bill shares for valuation. This, fully excessed, and assuming limited other bleed, would keep it in that range.

My hope is that we can get to some floor, and to get a break even and profit plan from the co.

All about growth well beyond the 2.5 mil this year.
