If (and it's a big if) this deal is completed, one would have to think that ELGL would merge with BFNH at a 1:1 (or 1 share of ELGL for every share of BFNH) Too much public (and private) information in the marketplace over the last couple years. Merle Ferguson has been the best promoter of his own assets, urging people to buy this stock at much higher prices. (and nobody knew this current trading situation would occur with non-reporting companies, so this is not his fault, but we can only hope he is potentially doing something about it!!)

Anthazar is a close No. 2 - all one has to do is research the Anthazar posts and there is a ton of great historic ELGL information. (Anthazar, you might even be No. 1!!)

This issue was also discussed at length on this board in the past when Merle Ferguson was looking to put ELGL into BRVO.

ELGL has publicly promoted themselves as a thriving juggernaut of - Media, Mining, Movie Studios, and other businesses. Merle Ferguson has personally done a good job in providing information to support his shareholders:

1. I recall buying the stock because a potential streaming deal targeting a licensing deal with VIRGIN and targeting a streaming company- to my knowledge, this was not completed. Merle Ferguson sent a pdf around on Element Networks. - Element Networks

And people bought the stock up to 60 cents, in fact, I am still holding 30+ cent stock that I purchased during that time, thinking it was just starting to get going. The vision for ELGL was shared.

2. Early in 2020, there was a special meeting in Las Vegas - I still have a PDF of the meeting and agenda, there were real people with a real vision in media in attendance. This agenda has been posted around and shared among people.

3. Mining assets - there have been PDF of the US mining assets circulated.............not to mention the Russia mine information posted on the Clarinova website. Which was the basis for the original bond. - Element Global Mining (This goes back to 2019 when PDF were circulated again by Mr Ferguson)

4. Kick ass office building. Who can forget the picture of Merle Ferguson in front of the ELGL offices, Anthazar even posted the link below. POST #23476
