The market cap is stupid low, but I don't know if it'll move with the lawsuit spectre hanging over it.

In the time it takes for that to clear they'll probably dilute the fuck out of the stock.

All OTC stocks have one or more of the following:
-Garbage management
-Insanely bloated share structures
-Non-existent or unsustainable businesses
-Are straight up fraud or scams
-Mind spinning amounts of debt
