They announced this some days or weeks ago. Otherwise, nice summary. However, the excessive dilution and type of financing they used to achieve the acquisitions has all been at the expense of shareholders. And someone is dumping 300-500 million shares at .0008 or less, every day, relentlessly. Until that stops, the share price can’t improve.
