Everyone here knows I am anti Tino...

having said that I periodically check the TDameritrade restricted stock list, the one dated August 23rd looks like Tino is off it. You should check for yourself or contact your broker to be certain of this.

Having it's restriction lifted does not change my view of Tino I still thinks it's a scam.

The paper work Pedro needed to have the restriction lifted seemed to me the SEC was trying to make it's self relevant, in other words the SEC set the bar very very low for compliance.

I repeat, verify this yourself.
