Only problem with your defense of Rosenberg is that Rosenberg's paw print's will be all over this next 10Q that is coming out. After all, as you have said He resigned from their Board of Directors a few days ago and is no longer a part of their management as of April 2021.

Look closely at the coming 10Q for any new law suits from new partners or JV's (a Rosenberg MO) and a draw down of assets with a helpful excuse of why they started drawing down assets.
