rollup... great points. However, clearly there is some raw data from the study that Dr JJ is holding back from RLFTF. Is the Study Report from Dr. JJ an aggregation of data that is too high of level for RLFTF to work with? Did Dr JJ ALSO provide the FDA with detail raw data to back up that Study Report --- data that was not shared with RLFTF? There appears to be a little lack of transparency from both sides on this issue.

Possibly the missing data may reveal too much about Dr JJ and his study. Information that they do not want out in the public domain. All speculation of course.

Why pay RLF the 4M? Because it is the ethical thing to do with a business partner... assuming that the $4M is truly owed to RLFTF. We simply are not privy to all of the facts on this one.

BOTTOM LINE:
So long as Dr JJ does NOT dispute the % profit sharing as called out in the agreement, then I'm not too worried about this missing 'data' and the $4M. EAU is the milestone that should make everyone happy.
