Thanks for your opinion. I see it as very bad news, because Cozen is doing a lousy job and those experts could have helped. Now, I know they can't.

Do you consider it bad news.

Also, do you think Cozen has any chance at all of winning this case.
It appears to me, they must have cooperated with PM on a settlement, otherwise, they should not have taken this case, and risking their reputation.

Almost looks like Cozen has cozied up to PM, since they could make a lot more working with them.
