There is no reason for them to do any disclosures until they can upload and become current. I do understand your concern about being registered and the SOS. My thinking another’s would be that we may be looking at a merger between the two. How do you think it would play out if EFIR is registered and current and then BSSP merges with them? Is that even possible? I seriously have no idea I would like any feedback or education about it.
