Not bashing Steve here. Just concerned. I'm heavily invested long term.

But it seems like every few months Steve comes out with the next best plan. And then when he follows up in a few months, those plans never materialized. Like he's only doing it for PR purposes. Just like this last one stating the pods are no longer in play, and that much is being moved to PA. Is he actually trying to follow through on any of it?

He seems to be paying himself a very hefty sum for what he is doing.
Which I am totally fine with him getting as long as shareholders aren't drug through the mud.

To me, he just seems like someone who doesn't finish what he starts, always looking for the next best thing. With the market possibly on the verge of exploding on the next leg up, I as I'm sure all here want to be positioned well and stable. The stable just doesn't seem to be happening.

Another JV pr? None of the others have come to fruition, so I have doubts with this one too.

Starting to get worried on this one. Praying I'm wrong.
