I believe you are missing something.

No USA election or public company or gets 96% participation (in a proxy vote.)

Moreover, remember that the legacy Tilray had to lower their voting % requirement just to pass the Tilray / Aphria merger.

I suspect you are mis-quoting what you believe you ready a while ago.

I would find it highly shocking to believe that the legacy Tilray shareholders went from being overly apathetic to the most aggressive voters ever.

There is a disconnect.

Hahaha... i know it doesn't seem correct.

Somewhere in their write up after first vote failed was the number 20 million shares still not voted...
I'll have to find it and re-read it.
But if that is all that's left not counted, then an unbelievable amount of holders did cast their votes...
I must be missing something.
