I said AVVH is legal if Sanchez provides a viable business plan and executes it. He has to extricate Cooley from any involvement in AVVH.

I posted early on that I didn't find anything about Sanchez and any involvement with shells in the past.

But Sánchez is muted - he needs to communicate with investors - his silence is a huge red flag.
