They believe the Stop sign will go away.
If the owner of the preferred shares allows JBZY to languish in hibernation the PRC would certainly ask;
“Why didn’t you sell JBZY to a private company and donate the $ to our countries farmers who have been left behind by large Chinese tech companies?”
