Dumb money? Over half the equity is owned by institutional money.
That’s a lot of smart dummies

How much institutional money was in AIG, Bear Stearns, Enron, Fannie Mae, etc., etc., when they crashed? How much of the "institutional" money is Index funds required to own HGEN solely because its part of an index?
