And with good news soon this will be in low trips on a few hundred million shares, so why increase the A/S by 20 billion more while your sitting at .001 and can even trade 20 million a day. I'm expecting a very large pump and yes dump at some point coming maybe several like DPLS. Perfect scenario for a screaming parabolic move. Most retail will sell into any decent move expecting huge dilution. BYOC
