Wrong, this bogus company trades on the grey sheets, completely unsolicited. Only by subterfuge did it ever start trading. it is NOTHING but a reincarnation of the revoked HCCA....all shareholders simply received new certs. Far from normal procedure.
The SEC should know this, as a few of us brought the subject to their attention some years ago. Maybe they're waiting till the current related case is settled, or they don't much care what goes on with grey sheet garbage companies. IMO, they should, as NMC has been one of the most actively traded greys, and new securities fraud has been admitted. No surprise, given that Furlong, a lifelong con artist and scammer, still is the real controller. Time will tell if he is successfully ousted. Meanwhile the recent news shows that he still holds the company over a barrel.
