I am new to this and was brought to my attention, started at 500K at 57 and just bought 700K at 52 so not down that much, if it goes lower have plenty of cash to keep buying the lows, at some point the downward trend will stop and so will the flippers making a few hundred dollars of beer money, as long as the flippers buy the lows they will flip it for chump change.
once this starts an upward trend the flipper will be gone and we see fast move up.

Please note there was massive buying on Aug 19th so lot of people are way upside down and the will start averaging once they feel we have hit the bottom.
