I agree that they (CS) enacted their 8/31 memo early but I was able to work around and also a call in allowed orders...I don't think they would stop showing quotes as the official SEC decree kicks in 9/23 (?) and all brokerages will allow selling until then....although with no buyers selling becomes interesting. That my read of things...correct as desired as it is a pretty important set of times and rules for many with a number of Pennys.

Pretty irresponsible of these involved managements of these/our companies to enter this twilight zone...including this one! Let's have some communications TODAY.
