I called Fidelity this morning. I was told that is the true, and my understanding is the correct. and the customer service said he never see such action in any company about the warrant before!

The CLOV is short of the cash to keep the Company running and want investors to buy the shares in high price or the warrants will give $0.1 only.

I have no choice but file the law suit against the CLOV.
