I’m surprised that NNRX has gotten the approval this quickly. It usually takes longer.
Question posted on Google:
How long does it take to get a form 1-An approved by SEC?
RESPONSE:
“In total, expect that the whole process will take from 4 to 6 months approximately. This allows about one month to TestTheWaters(TM). The fastest route is to start preparing to market the offering and start the Form 1-A Filing with the SEC at the same time.”

Could something has all ready be set up for the purchase of these shares; merger, partnership, product, etc…. Could be a done deal already, as stated in filling like "Bones Jones" stated.
