How many here believe there will be material changes to the 2nd Qtr. 2020 10Q once it is filed in the “near future”? The misunderstanding is likely that they forgot about having already used the bloated quarterly sales gambit in 2019. Of course they corrected that one many months later on the 2019 10K. This time, however, they don’t have many months to file as the 3rd quarter 10Q and annual 10K need to be filed quickly or they will lose the erroneous Pink Current listing. It will be exceedingly difficult to explain away the exaggerated sales when work was supposedly progressing on all delinquent reports simultaneously. I’m assuming they are using a Certified Public Accountant and not a paid shill as they do in other arenas.
