Float is already absorbed in the last 2 weeks IMO. Major players who absorbed the float are the company, backers and i-hubbers(us longs here). Restricted means it would won't come to the market now. Penny restrictions are at least for a year (SEC RULE). I think 1.5 billion absorbed already. I think the real figures would be 3 to 3.5 restricted and the rest of it in float and it is in safe hands at this point IMO. The backers bought several 100 millions and the company bought around the same coz they know with the kind of news we are going to get, we will be running skywards soon.
