I am new to i-hub but have been holding this one for over a year now and decided to join just to post this (don't normally have time for these) . I actually received a reply from Doug Williams on 8/19 from a e-mail I sent on 8/2 concerning the downward trend that has being ongoing for quite some time now as well as the planned uplisting and current quarterly report that was not filed at that time. For the record I am optimistic like HD. Below is the reply I received, bullshit-same old story who knows but it is what it is as posting as others state they never get replies back from them.

Sorry for the delay in replying as your message was flagged into the Spam folder. We are going to stay current as we filed our Q2 report today and the next deadline is October 15 for the Q3 report. In the meantime, we are working on the audits to switch back to EDGAR reporting direct to the SEC (versus the current OTC filing). Either method will keep us current but completing the audits will allow us to uplist to OTC QB from PINK which we think will also help attract additional open market investors. We will have forthcoming news related to the acquisitions previously announced.
