Three reasons... 1. Maybe they are not finished updating the list. 2. Bankruptcy protection. 3. The judge filed an order for an extension until the end of June 2022 when the statutes for fraud expire or when a final resolution of this matter comes to an end. I wouldn't read too much into this. For example, if you have a Q on your ticker at the very least it shows you are and were not a scam with the SEC. However, this is separate if in fact, these guys scammed us!
