At ETRADE, the liquidation starts on Monday, August 30th where you won't be able to BUY Non-Current OTC stocks, but you can SELL them. My assumption too is that starting Monday there will be more BUYING of Current OTC stocks including AXXA.

The other interesting scenario are the CE OTC stocks which ETRADE hasn't allowed BUYING for that past several months. I only have one, but it has been going up because they have been filing to get current. You still can't BUY, but once current there should me more buying to take it up farther.
