Thank you for posting the response. I disagree with you, I believe that it was a respectfully submitted and perfect letter!!! The only question is what is Turkeyland going to do about it?

In your third sentence you continue to question the leadership of OWC Israel and OWCP? Until we hear otherwise, at the moment there is no leadership. There is also no money! Read Melinda Spitzer's last paragraph

On a final note, we feel compelled to advise the Court that, the recent events noted above, as well as the reality of OWCP’s stockholder base and lack of funding, make full compliance with the proposed injunction virtually impossible. Not only would OWCP lack the financial resources to comply with Discover’s proposed injunction but there will no longer be any management in place to oversee compliance or seek to obtain stockholder approval.

The only solution is for Turkeyland to find and appoint new management and to prop up the stiff sitting in the corner with more money and try to convince anyone that will listen that they still have a going concern.
