I'm very happy to announce a few developments.
First, our wholly owned subsidiary BDGR, finally minted the B$D coins as Tokens. So tomorrow, I will post a more formal PR update so that we let all of our shareholders know. Currently, I'm sharing their update that they just posted since we have many similar and interested shareholders.

SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
We are getting things ready for the fall season. Things are on track, and I just wanted to do a few updates for you, the shareholders.
First of all, in order to cover as wide a shareholders audience as possible, tomorrow, we ware posting a follow up to our NFT's and Coins release progress. I will have the PR approved tonight, and we should see it as usual by 8:45 am EST. tomorrow.
However, just for all of you here, who have been waiting so patiently, I'm posting our screen capture where our programming team (at approximately 8 hours ago) completed "MINTING" 60 billion B$D (Black Draco's) , as in our batch of coins that I already promised YOU our shareholders as a reward.
We are also stating them as a 0 (zero) value Token, so that you won't have a taxable event. (I'm not advising anyone, nor making any statements about any one's financial position, because I'm not a CPA, Money manager nor an attorney.) So, all of us here, in Dallas are extremely excited about the developments and finally getting our tokens ready for distribution to our valued shareholders.
Finally, some extra points to think about" "Building a software code and a package, is not like building a building or a house, or something else that is VERY visual and one can see the "building and growth progress" as things move on. The software, is a chain of code that one can only start to see when it materializes in some form of a product. Now, I will elaborate further in the PR tomorrow, so that EVERONE can see things all at the same time.".. Also, a specials note. I allocated the first batch of $ 20 million of appraised art as an asset for the BDGR . One of the reasons that we did not show it as an asset on our books, (just yet), was because I wanted to get the coins and Tokens done, and then let my CPA's and SEC agree on what evaluation we can claim and post on the "books". FYI, as an ART expert and being an ART dealer for the past 20 years or so, I had all the IRS qualifications and CHECK points done, so at least for now, we are at minimum $20mil... of stated and appraised value, and could be as high as $ 100 million with 8281 IRS filing forms would confirm (according to their own codes). I say that, while we are being cautious as to not to appear to inflate or "PUMP UP" the value, that is why we are carefully merging the assets in as an "asset based" currency B$D for the Black Dragon as a company.
