Rammage, you know what no one has ever been able to make sense to me? They give Lumb shares that not even he deems fit to be held. So that being the case, why buy something an insider doesn't hold even though they give them to him?

An old trader friend once said something to me when I first started trading when I asked him how he made decision on what stocks to buy. When it came to stocks to avoid he said this with respect to that..."why buy anything you can't give away?"

Applies to just about anything whether product, service, or thing of any stripe including stocks.
