Seriously if you’re reading this stop falling for their bull shit there are no audits coming. They will not be going current and they screwed all you. They continue to screw investor on purpose. I hope everyone who got taken from CBDD and Benzinga file a report with the SEC so they can open an investigation.

They claim to have made all this money and are killing it. Why would they allow their stock fall to shit so a bigger company can come and steal it away for nothing? Market cap of 25 million, yet if what they say is true they should have at least 25 million of product on hand alone! Not to mention all the other over head!

I want and hope everyone who reads this does their homework and files a complaint like I did with the SEC. here is the information to do so. If enough people start making a stand against this manipulation instead of allowing it. The shit would stop.

If everyone files a report and ensures they include the Benzinga crew which helped facilitate their scam by promoting it through their YouTube channel. If you look at all the small cap companies that have appeared on Benzinga you will se a pattern of deliberate manipulation so insiders can buy back shares and the Benzinga crew can buy shares at a premium.

Sell CBDD stock now and let it fall to shit like they want it to.
