This is the mistake everyone makes when trying to argue against the chances of a RS. I have been through 12 custodianships and 9 RS's. At least half of those had a SS under 500m.
The new company has their agenda, being illiquid for a year or more often means nothing to their plans. Once they own the SS they can make it as liquid as they wish by selling shares.
This is a used car and we are just a bunch of illegal immigrants hiding in the trunk trying tell them where to drive. They don't care what we think and they will eventually empty the trunk in favor of their own baggage...
