I have 2 accounts, 1 with Fidelity and 1 with Etrade. I just got off the phone with Fidelity and they said they aren’t doing any of that and are only adhering to the Sept 28th date. So, looks like Fidelity is going to get more of my business than Etrade, their loss.

Super easy to set up account and wire in funds etc.
