Anybody even stop and think why the company is coming back to life? With all that debt they had could of easily just stayed dormant...let the note holders file lawsuits then let it go to bankruptcy.

Seems obvious to me there is some real value here for the noteholders to accept higher priced restricted shares and to spend the money on getting current.

I was in another stock that settled outstanding debt but was forced to do freely tradeable and at much lower price than current. Sent stock down from .04 to below .01.
