Only in my humble opinion. Why would that matter. Theres certain obligations in being appointed to office. So what if Lehman was part of what he had to dump to take his position. What about everything else he held?

I only worry about US, THATS HOLDING AND LOOKING FOR THE END RESULT in this Lehman drama.

When its over, for good or bad. We can all breath a sigh of relief.

Everything is pure hogwash.
