Whether or not a RS will happen is a crap shoot at this point. Many like to declare the SS is too small for an RS, maybe, but still possible.
New owners like control over the SS. The whole point of going public is to fund the company through startup or expansion. If this does RS it would be small, like 1:3 at best. All depends on who moves in and what their plans are.
Your options are to risk investing in a new company or get out pre-RM.
