“Silent Longs” is more than likely because most longs have given up on this and made money almost ANYWHERE else. No smart investor wants to hold dead money during a bull market, especially as long as this has been treading water in the .01 to .03 range . Each pump PR has resulted in lower highs the past 3 years , to me that’s not growth . The past PR was the most far fetched yet!!
