Many many OTC stocks soared during that time most likely orchestrated by the MM's. I think Massey was just as surprised as everyone else.

Just some quick facts:
CFO quit and still no one hired...
Not true CFO left as the company became too much for her capabilities. As shown in post # 21566 a whole team of CFO's and accountants has replaced her from a top accounting firm Eide Bailly

President left and cashed out...
Not true...Brian Milholland had a heart attack for God's sake and retired. A portion of his shares are being taken off the table.

Massey got more power somehow...
David Massey became chairman of the board to comply with up-listing requirements.

Stock continuing to dump...
What chart are you looking at? Massive bottom has been put in place on August 17th.

Was 3 cents just under a year ago...
Yes, what is your point? We are at .35 cents now...how is that for a return??

No audit numbers to show real revenue...
They were delayed due to recent acquisitions. As stated there is a whole team working on the audit numbers and will be out no later than Oct 6th.

No up-listing in sight...
60 days after audit numbers come out we will see the up-listing. It will be quite a Christmas for SIRC longs!!!!

Bad deals on the acquisitions with overpaying...
Revenues coming out soon that will include those new acquisitions. They are expected to be massive.

Crazy stock dilution...
Not crazy...calculated. Takes money to make money. We will be doing 200 mill in revenue soon enough. They also are buying back shares.
