I have no issue with being skeptical. But I still believe this situation is being handled differently. In the past there was no clarity given. Just blank statements like "we are aware and are working on it" or "we are doing everything we can". This time we got details and a plan of action.

You are correct though that we need to see follow through. From what I have seen of interactions with the new team, I believe they will get it done, where I had no confidence in the previous team.
