When will the halt be lifted?

Why didn’t the CEO put out a PR regarding the shareholder meeting or its results. People are concerned that a r/s may have been voted on without notes provided from the meeting. Will continue lower until no r/s is confirmed and PR with direction, timeline and business plan is put out all imo.
