Some doubts arises but now there is a new attorney in the role of "Securities Counsel, Service Provider". It is Culhane Meadows and perhaps we will have a more clear picture of the company. I expect the quarter results but in this company I cannot see a fraud scheme to sell shares.

As of December 31, 2020, shares outstanding was: 212,973,447

As of July 19, 2021, shares outstanding was: 188,858,187.

and authorized was 400,000,000.
Mr. Mills represents many Otc companies and surely they aren' t all involved in scams.
