Halts don't end quickly; I really don't think the OTC that is traded on the Nasdaq in Chicago will wait for the dip sticks in Australia to get their act together. Not with this kind of volume.

There has to be some illogical or validated explanation as to why it has a halt in Australia that will translate to the OTC or not. I would not even know about it if not for people posting here!
