From what I got from Devvio Telegram, Americans can't participate in their token sale. I don't understand why but the rest of the world can. Is there no way that ADTM could do something similar and everyone but Americans can invest? Not sure what the rules are. Why did John start an LLC or whatever with Wyoming?

Whatever you're talking about costs 20k, he just made at least a million in dilution in the last few months.
