Attorneys are logistical professionals in the legal sense of the matter of all legal tasks of decisions, what ever their options are, they weigh from a logistical sense what is within the law and what is not, black and white, nothing in between. It's not what makes common sense, but that which abides by the law. So I get this. I'm sure they are considering the fact there is 2000 + former investors in this and anxious to collect some money back and realize how helpful this refund would help and more importantly, a company in stem cell research for the betterment of all is trying to get it's efforts in motion ASAP. This has to play into the expediency in getting this wrapped up. I'm hopeful that will begin this week yet.
