lol I know you've been here for as long as I have, and thought you might like to see some recent back-and-forth between Greg McAndrews and myself...

Me:

Hi Mr McAndrews!

Do you think that the recent BFHJ financials along with an attorney letter will be sufficient for the OTC Markets website to remove the stop sign?

OTC Markets | Official site of OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink Markets

OTC Markets | Official site of OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink Markets

Also, do you believe that would most likely have BFHJ removed from the TD Ameritrade restricted securities list?

More than likely, OTC Markets is experiencing a huge volume of last minute filings, and causing webesite update delays.

Greg:

reply -- they said 6-8 weeks after the filing date due to large volume. they said protected from SEC deadline by merely filing.

second reply -- didn't see your second question below the box at first. no one can predict what any b-d's compliance department will do. no consistency. i read that TD W has set an Aug. 13 deadline to only SELL certain stocks, NO buying. who knows.

--GMc

reply -- BFHJ has never been a 12g SEC reporting company. it has always been an "alternative filer" with OTC Markets. it voluntarily files quarterlies with the SEC because it applied for a CIK code to better communicate. once current, it plans to continue to file quarterly and year-end results, as well as material events, on a timely basis.

So, it seems like $BFHJ may be on its way
