We never really found out if they were legit. I would have to believe they were not. I guess we have to believe the financials on the float amount. The GTC may work on your trading platform. Fidelity will not let you put in a Sell order very far above the current ask. I retain a Law Firm (Wolf/Popper) in NYC. I will contact them and Fidelity about using my shares short. I guess it will be easy to investigate this low float if Fidelity is doing any lending. I will inform Fidelity of my intentions and have them not lend my shares. This is for future spikes. Prob no shorts at this point..but you never know
