You are bending statistics to fit your preconception. Logic tells us a person would have to be infected to be successfully treated with hydroxy (or any drug for that matter).

"Hardly any infection" would be due to prevention, not treatment. Prevention - as in China leading the world (again, by a fair margin) in percentage of population that has been vaccinated.
